Noell Grant

Born in Maryland, Noell Grant Played basketball and ran cross country in college, where she received a bachelor's degree. She was a Police Officer for five years prior to moving to Los Angeles. After moving, she continued her career as a Police Officer, married and spent five years being a talent agent/manager for her comedian/actor husband. She spent time booking various comedy shows across the country. In 2009, she teamed up with highly respected talent manager, Kailee James and co-founded Joint Venture Entertainment (JVE) to represent male and females of all ages. She wanted to use her experience and knowledge to help others live their dreams.

Kailee James

Kailee grew up in Los Angeles and San Diego Counties. She is an avid basketball player and mother of two, both of whom expressed interest in show business. After spending 6 years managing her children's career she segued into being a talent agent. For the last 3 years she had been a highly motivated talent manager, jump starting the careers of her clients, which ranged from pro-atheletes to children. Kailee loves to develop new talent and is establishing JVE as a premier agency.
